Its Panto week

Every year we do a panto at our church in Haxby. My friend Phil writes it and I help out with the back stage bit. Its been going for as lonag as I can remember, certainly for the last 28 years. We have been doing it for nine of those years now, and plan to hand over to someone new after next year when we will have done 10 years. Its a long hard week after last nights technical rehearsal, its dress tonight the performances in front of a paying audiance Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 2 performances on Saturday. BY Sunday morning you wont know we were there. The weather for cycling has been particularly unpleasant this week. Wet, cold and raining with a little snow thrown in for good measure. It wont beat me though, I’m hoping this is winters last shout for this year.

Take care

About robin1953

Hi I am a 57 year old man living in York, with my wife Jill. We have three grown up childred, and two grand children, Tim and Noah. I've been cycling all my life, but I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes a few years back, so the cycling became more important. I did well for a few years, but slowly the weight went up. Update; how time flys, I'm now 60 still battling the weight but still riding.
